Due to the nature of our product offering returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations are not offered on items purchased.  All sales are final.  

All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour processing time.  You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen.
